All Sales Are Final Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All sales at Tallapaka Arts are final.
We provide high-resolution imagery and detailed product descriptions to ensure you have a clear understanding of the item before purchasing. We encourage you to review all details, dimensions, and photos carefully before completing your order.
Subtle Variations Please note that because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected. These unique nuances are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
Damages and Issues While we maintain strict quality control and meticulously package every order, we understand that accidents during transit can occasionally occur.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, severely damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please provide:

Clear photographs of the original packaging, showing any exterior damage
Cancellations Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Information
Order Processing Time Because we carefully inspect and securely package every handcrafted piece, all orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time it takes for the courier to deliver your package.
Shipping Charges and Estimates The selling price displayed for our products does not include shipping costs. All shipping charges are calculated separately based on the weight and destination of your order, and these costs will be added to your total at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - Rate calculated at checkout
International Shipping We currently offer international shipping to worldwide.
Just as with domestic orders, international shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be calculated and added at checkout. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tallapaka Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tallapakaarts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Packaging & Care We want your piece to arrive in pristine condition. Every item is meticulously wrapped and secured in heavy-duty packaging to protect against transit damage. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
